The wonderful Shawn McCool has released a video course about event sourcing on YouTube. Even though the course is not about EventSauce, the concepts explained in the course will be very much in line with the concepts that this library builds on.

Event Sourcing in Laravel by Spatie.be (paid)

The people from Spatie have released a paid video course to teach you how to event source in Laravel. This course uses their own event sourcing tooling, which is largely based on EventSauce, so it should feel familiar.

The maintainer of EventSauce has a YouTube channel which covers a range of technologies and techniques, including event sourcing.
